Our selection of handmade cookies comes from the local tradition and the genuine and unchanging over time recipe.
The ingredients used and selected are the same our ancestors used.
The main characteristic of these biscuits is the tradition of using red and white wine in the dough: for this they make a perfect combination alongside with a glass of wine.
Made without milk, eggs and butter are an ideal break to enjoy every moment of the day.


Ciambelline with wine vino

Crispy and crumbly, made according to the old recipe with natural ingredients those ciambelline are ideal to be ate together with wine or to be eaten at any time of the day.

Ciambelline with aniceed

Fragrant and brittle, made from a delicate combinatione of xcellent white wine and sambuca. The perfect variant for wine ciambelline with the addition of aniseed.

Hizelnut Ciambelline

Made without eggs and milk the ingredients are the same of the other ciambelline with the addition of selected huzelnuts that make those ciambelline suitable for a nutrient breakfast or at the end of any meal.

Bastoncini

With minced huzelnuts can be better dipped in a fine glass of wine!

Cantucci

Traditional Italian biscuits made with almonds are suitable to be eaten while sipping a passito wine.

Morselli

More tender than cantucci are made with huzelnuts and honey.

Amaretti
