Lazio, 7 - 12 km from the sea, land on the hills, mild climate.

Vinification,

Gentle pressing and maceration of 24-36 hours. Slow fermentation at 16-18 ° C. Slight cooling and filtering. Bottled in isobaric line.

Organoleptic:

Straw yellow colour. Delicate bouquet with hints of tropical fruit and apricot. Taste fine, harmonious and persistent.
