PASTA FEATURES

Quality:
The quality of pasta is guaranteed by the use of the best Italian durum wheat and ensuring a quality ready to meet Italians and consumers around the world. The high protein percentage underlines a high quality of the meal used ensuring the quality and cooking properties of pasta.
Drawing:
There are two types of drawing, the Teflon and the Bronze one. Teflon wire drawing gives the product a more polished and a smoothest surface. The Bronze wire drawing gives instead the pasta a more opaque and a more porous and rough surface.
Aspect:
If you look backlight, pasta has a warm colour, with no white spots or cracks. This uniformity shows the high quality of raw material used and the continuity of the production process.The colour of pasta is of a warm yellow, intense colour, lively, with a slightly darker shade on the bronze drew pasta because of the higher porosity and therefore a greater absorption of flour.
Taste:
Preferring pasta well-cooked or not, long or short shape, it cannot make the difference if it is a product of quality. Pasta must convey a flavour of authenticity, simplicity, of ancient traditions. Pasta must simply be good. Alone, without seasoning, must leave a sweet aftertaste not to be confused with the salinity which may be obtained from the cooking water.
