The White Cilento Fig is a characteristic and traditional product of South of Italy, Campania.
Thanks to the fertility and to the mild climate of the place where this particular fig tree grows, the fig fruit has a characteristic taste: it is particularly sweet, full-bodied flesh and an intense scent.
Our expert producers decided to use those figs to give life to a magnificent Chocolate Praline refilled with the sweet fruit mixed to almonds, walnuts, citrus fruit skin, coffee, lemon and rum.
